Access to the wj9 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of wj9, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an account terminated on the wj9 Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. wj9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, together with forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. If wj9 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts other than the first verified account may be closed without notice, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj9 username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify wj9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

wj9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility until wj9 has been notified of a security breach and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

All financial transactions on the wj9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your wj9 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. wj9 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

From time to time, wj9 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Bangladesh players who have not previously self-excluded from the Platform;
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific promotional terms;
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the offer. Uncompleted wagering at the time of expiry results in the bonus being forfeited;

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith after receiving service;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to access or manipulate the Platform's technical systems, game logic, or payment infrastructure.

wj9 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in any investigation relating to fraudulent activity conducted through the Platform.

wj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wj9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account.

wj9 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. Our decisions on the settlement of bets and the application of bonus terms are final in the absence of a clear technical error on the part of wj9.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
